Welcome! It's great that you would like to find out about joining the Society. Firstly, to become a full member of the Society, you'll need to have an Access card, available from the University of Sydney Union's Access Office in Manning House or from some other locations.

I have an Access card

Thanks for supporting the vibrant clubs and societies program at Sydney Uni through your purchase of an Access card. You are eligible to become a full member of the UN Society, giving you free or discounted access to all of our Model UN forums, guest speakers and social events, as well as priority placement into our AMUNC delegation.

The membership fee is $5. To join, click here to complete our online membership form, after which you can pay the membership fee at the first event you attend.

I don't have an Access card

Although you won't be able to become a full member, you are still most welcome at all of our events and can join our email list to find out about them. To be added to the mailing list, send an emal to uns@usydunsociety.org to this effect and you'll be notified of our events and other information. However, in recognition of the crucial support that the USU provides us, members of the mailing list will be required to make a small donation at each of the events.
