The 2011 Sydney Model United Nations Conference Secretariat would like cordially invite high school students to attend the conference as interns.

High school interns will be given a unique experience and perspective of a tertiary-level Model United Nations Conference hosted by the University of Sydney. Interns will be able to observe committee sessions, and possibly participate, and assist directors in running committees.

This year the conference is looking to invite about 15 – 20 high school students to attend from Friday 2 December – Sunday 4 December at the University of Sydney Law School (Camperdown).

Please discuss this with your teacher before filling in the form, as you will likely be missing a day of school on Friday 2 December. I will be in contact with teachers to confirm whether students have permission to attend the conference on the Friday.
